Chris Prater concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. He earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, he litigated complex medical malpractice cases. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal and a law clerk for Podhurst Orsek. Prater earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Arkansas. He grew up in Missouri.
