Jonathan has particular experience in the realm of securities.  Even before he became a lawyer, while attending law school at Georgetown, Jonathan was a contributing writer for The Hedge Fund Law Report.

Following his graduation from Georgetown Law, he began his career at the prominent law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner, where he represented several hundred investors who had lost billions of dollars with the Fairfield Greenwich Group hedge funds, the largest feeder funds that flowed into Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi Scheme.

In the years since starting his own firm, Jonathan has litigated numerous cases under state and federal securities laws, including cases involving securities fraud, Ponzi schemes, and the sale of unregistered securities.  He has advised numerous clients regarding securities compliance and represented clients in connection with various governmental investigations.   He brings unique perspective to bear on securities matters, having worked both the plaintiff and defense side of such matters.
